What type of wax do you use?
We use a hybrid blend of natural waxes sourced locally in southern California. This wax combination provides the most optimal fragrance release and throw giving you the best-scented candle that lasts for hours.

What do you use to fragrance your candles?

Our candles are made with premium phthalate-free fragrance oils that adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

Do you use essential oils in your candles?

While we love essential oils, we think that fragrance oils are better for use in candles, as the scent throw is stronger. Many essential oils tend to evaporate when burned because the flashpoint is so low, and they can become unsafe when heated at high temperatures.

How do I get the most out of my candle?

Can I place a bulk order?

What if my candle arrived damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at info@bluminaryshop.com with the following:

Photos of the packaging and candle if possible and safe, the quantity of broken candles, as well as the order number (ex. #9999) and we will work on sending you a replacement or refund.
